Bereavement

There is no fast and perfect rule for grieving. The good news is, it won’t always be like this. Whether you are a volunteer facilitator or going through a painful time in your life, these resources are designed with you in mind. Check out this free downloadable PDF for self-help Bereavement support.

Hand Along the Way

Our Hand Along the Way Programs are a place for you to share your grief with others who understand and have experienced grief. This self-help Bereavement Support Program is designed with your needs in mind. By listening to each other, under the guidance of volunteer facilitators, you have a space to share your grief and give and receive support.

If you are unable to attend our sessions, the “What’s Your Grief” website link, below, is an excellent resource for those who are grieving. By clicking the button, you will automatically be directed to their website.
